I thought I would be kind and leave Burpees out. That was nice of me, right? 😉 And, don’t worry…you’re only completing one round.
Here’s clarification on counting some of the exercises:
Circle Crunches – Count each time an elbow goes up towards your knee.
Static Lunges – Sorry guys…it’s each side, so you’re doing a total of 70.
Advanced Flutterkicks – Count each kick.
Windshield Wipers – Count each time your legs drop to the side.
