Weekend Workout – January 26th


We have another Birthday in our group for January! Happy, Happy Birthday Jessica! ❤ So glad you are part of our Bootcamp Family!

Your workout for this weekend is Tabata style, similar to what we did Monday night. Only, for this workout, rather than alternating between two exercises before moving on, you’ll complete each exercise in the list one after another. It’s still 20 on, 10 off and you’re going for 4 rounds. 😀

Warm up, cool down, stretch…you know the drill! Most of all, have fun and be proud of yourself for your accomplishments! ❤
